Jedi Experience
Experience is only relevant for existing characters; if you want to start a new character, have a look at Jedi Creation
You can improve your Jedi by gaining and spending experience points (called
).
Gaining XP
is gained by participating in missions. Short missions usually give 2-3
, and long missions usually give 4-6
. The Storyteller running the mission will announce the reward at the start of the mission.
Storytellers can decide to hand out a bonus reward for a job well done, or for the heroic actions of particular individuals. This might be in experience points as well.
Spending XP
XP can be spent on the following:
- Attributes: 2
per dot - Force Powers: 3
per rank (both for learning new powers, and for improving already known powers) - Combat Styles: 3
per style - Special Maneuvres: 3
per maneuvre - Skills: 1
per dot
- Force Level 11 and higher: 50
per Force level (levels 0 through 10 are 'free', see Increasing Force Level)
For example, if you have 5 unspent
, you could buy, for example:
- 2 attributes
- 5 skills
- 2 skills and 1 force power
- 2 skills and 1 combat manoeuvre
- 2 skills and 1 combat style.
You can only increase your force level and rank indirectly. Details are on the Force Level page.
